The student should have at least 75% attendance to appear for the final examination counting from the beginning of the academic year up to the first of the month proceeding the month in which examinations commence. Shortage up to 15% may be condoned by the Principal on valid genuine reasons. The decision of the Principal / Chairman of the Managing Committee will be final on this case.
Students are not permitted to use calculator or any other gadgets during the examination. If a student is found using unfair means during an examination, he/she will be given “Zero” in the paper and his examination will be cancelled.
Pupils who abstain themselves from examinations or unit tests without genuine reasons are not eligible to appear for re-examination.
The pass percentage in each subject and in aggregate is 35 for promotion from classes VI onwards.

First Term: PT1 (10%) +PT 2 (10%) + Term 1 (30%) = 50%
Second Term: PT 3 (10%) + PT 4 (10%) + Term 2 (30%) = 50%
Formative Assessment: PT 1 (10%) + PT 2 (10%) + PT 3 (10%) + PT 4 (10%) = 40%
Summative Assessment: Term 1 (30%) + Term 2 (30%) = 60%
