1. ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

   • Application for admission should be submitted to the office by the parents on a prescribed form, which can be obtained from the school office on payment of SR.85/-.

   • Candidates from UKG onwards have to appear for an Entrance Examination. The standard of the Entrance Examination will be that of the level of the preceding examination. If the performance is below average the parents have to give an undertaking that they will arrange for some extra attention to bring up their children to the expected academic standard. Very poor performance may necessitate admission to lower classes.

   • The child should be 4 years of age as on the 31st March of the year for admission to LKG.

uFILL OUT THE ADMISSION FORM

Complete the admission form accurately, ensuring all details match official documents such as the passport or Iqama.

vSUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  Provide the following documents as hard copies:

1. Valid digital Iqama copies (from Absher) for the father, mother, and child displaying the most up-to-date expiry date.
2. Passport copies for the father, mother, and child.
3. Transfer certificate and latest report card from the previous school.
4. Birth certificate copy for children seeking admission to LKG.

w ATTEND THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

Schedule and attend the entrance exam as required by the school.

x RECEIVE ENTRANCE EXAM RESULTS

y OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

Please collect the required form from the administration office. After completing and obtaining the necessary stamps from the school, proceed to the Ministry of Education office.

z REGISTRATION OF THE CHILD IN THE NOOR SYSTEM

Complete the child’s registration in the NOOR system, the official government platform for school enrollment in Saudi Arabia from the administration office.

 Finalizing the registration and completing the admission process.

|ENTRY SLIP & ID FORM 

Please collect the entry slip and ID card form from fee counter and after that fill the ID form and hand over both the paper to the HOS.
