 Dear parents greetings,

 I would like to intimate the following to you:

School Timing

1)    On account of the scorching heat school timing for all the classes is rescheduled from 7:30am to 12:15pm from 1^st June 2014 , Fees counter and teaching staff will be available in school up to 1:00 pm.

2)    The usual timing 7:30 to 1:30 will be followed from the reopening day.

Vacation Schedule

3) Summer vacation start for LKG and UKG è22^nd June to 31^st August 2014,

4) Summer vacation start for Grade I to Grade Xè 29^th June -31^stAugust 2014. 5) School Reopen after summer vacation for students è1^st September 2014,

6) Fees counter will remain open till  è 30^th June 2014.

7) Teaching and Non teaching staff will be available up to 30^th June 2014.

School Fees

      8) Please ensure that the school fees of your wards are paid till August 2014.

If fees payment is late you have to pay fine for late fees 1 SR per day.

If fees are not paid more than 3 Months your child name will be cancelled and you have to pay extra 800 SR for readmission fees.

      9) If you have already paid the fees ignore this message.

Dear Parents,

Greetings!

         I would like to express my gratitude for your cooperation and association with the school in the past and look forward for more in the future.

Here below are few remarks for your kind attention:

1)      As per instruction of MOE Cir No:140514, it is compulsory for school to teach Ahabul Arbia. This book is available in school. The price of the book is SR. 32. (Distribution of book in school depends on availability). This book is also available at Jarir Bookstore.

2)      LKG and UKG students’ parents must make sure to pick their children on time between 12:00 noon to 12:15 p.m. because we don’t have staff to take care after 12:15 pm. 

3)      Due to winter, the school managements has decided to change school timings:

            LKG and UKG         :  7:45 a.m.  – 12:00 noon

            I^st  –   X^th                     :  7:45 a.m.  –  1:30 p.m.

4)      Kindly remit all the fees dues of your child. In case of any dues, your child FA-3 result will be withheld.
